Review Policy for Authors and Publishers

Thank you for your interest my review of your material. Please consider the following:

• I am happy to accept review copies, but I cannot guarantee that I will post a review. I endeavor to post reviews of books, stories, or poems that I love. I will not post a review if I feel that I cannot recommend the piece to others.

• My blog focuses on poetry and writing for younger children. I love heartfelt and humorous picture books as well as children’s poetry collections and anthologies. Animal stories always capture my heart.

• I prefer not to review adult books, with perhaps the exception of cookbooks, which I devour!

• I do not post every week, but I will work with authors and publishers to schedule a review at a mutually agreeable time.
